Meeting your child and their smile.
We encourage parents to bring their babies in for their first dental check-up around their 6-month birthday, but we welcome all young smiles in our office. No matter your child’s age, initial appointments are lighthearted and specifically designed to introduce your little one to the world of dentistry in a comfortable and engaging way. Our friendly staff will count your child’s teeth, introduce them to our dental instruments, and ensure that you and your little one leave looking forward to your next visit.
Before your visit.
During your first appointment, Dr. Simhi and our team will meet your child, complete an initial examination, and discuss their dental care – all while providing clear, respectful communication about your little one’s unique needs. It can take a while to meet little smiles for the first time, so we encourage parents to fill out new patient forms beforehand.
Affording your child’s dental care.
At Baltimore Pediatric Dentistry, we want you to feel confident in your finances, especially when it comes to ensuring the well-being of your little one. We work with many major insurance providers, including [LIST], and we offer membership plans for those without dental insurance. Before your first visit, we encourage you to speak with your dental insurance provider about what is included with your child’s benefits. We also offer a complimentary and personalized benefits check so that you will know what your insurance covers before we treat your child.
Membership Plans
If you don’t like your insurance (or don’t have pediatric dental insurance), we offer membership plans for your family’s smallest smiles.
PLEASE NOTE: Coverage begins upon receipt of completed and signed contract and when payment is received in full. Membership extends for one year for each individual child from the date of receipt. Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Patients with traditional dental insurance are not eligible.
Our preventative care membership covers your child’s oral health care for a fee that’s less than most insurance plans.
Simple
Our plans are free of yearly maximums, deductibles, claim forms, pre-authorizations, pre-existing condition limits, waiting periods, and denied coverage.
Comprehensive
Each of our yearly plans includes two exams, two cleanings, two fluoride varnish treatments, a set of x-rays, oral health education, and a 20% discount on all additional services.
